Common Issues with NcEdCloud Login
"Unauthorized User"
If a student gets this error, it is probably because they have bookmarked the NcEdCloud webpage. Have them delete that book mark and navigate to my.ncedcloud.org and then login again with the information above.
If there is no bookmark, and you get this error, have students close their chrome browser, reopen it, and retype my.ncedcloud.org into the browser bar and re-login.
"Logged in as Null"
If a student gets this error, have them "logout" of the NcEdCloud, close the web browser, and re-login.
"Update Security Questions"
If a student is asked to update his/her security questions you should remind them they only need to do 5 and that they should pick one word they won't forget and use it as the answer for all 5 questions...whether it is the true answer to the question or not.
"Invalid Username or Password"
If a student gets this error and you have tried to type their lunch number as their username and the default password into the password field, and you have confirmed that it wasn't simply a user typo, let me know ASAP so that I can reset the student's login information in NcEdCloud.
